Naomi’s women’s health journey began when she first started her physiotherapy career as the only female physiotherapist in a busy musculoskeletal clinic. With a predominantly female clientele, Naomi found women confiding in her regarding some of their most pressing and private health concerns. She quickly set out to expand her knowledge in women’s health physiotherapy through further training and research. The more Naomi learned, the more passionate she became about helping women optimise their quality of life through good pelvic health.
Naomi employs a variety of strategies to collaboratively work with her patients to achieve their goals. With a holistic approach to treatment, she recognises the importance of education in order to empower women with the knowledge they need to achieve their goals. Naomi combines a strong background in musculoskeletal physiotherapy with her additional training in women’s health physiotherapy to provide her patients with a wholistic and high level of care.
Naomi finds great satisfaction in treating women with bladder and bowel incontinence, prolapse, pregnancy and the post-partum period.
Outside of work, Naomi likes spending time with her family and friends, painting, watching the latest movies (be sure to make some recommendations when you see her!) and after spending her last holiday in the UK, has recently been bit by the travel bug!
