Pat is a physiotherapist with a deep, long-standing commitment to women’s health and a career shaped by more than 15 years of working closely with women across pregnancy, postnatal care, and Pilates-based rehabilitation.
Driven by a genuine passion for supporting women through some of life’s most physically and emotionally demanding stages, Pat returned to university as a mature-age student to complete her physiotherapy degree, allowing her to formally specialise in the area of women’s health she had long been drawn to.
Pat brings a calm, thoughtful, and highly relational approach to her work. She places strong emphasis on careful assessment, clear communication, and building trusting therapeutic relationships, ensuring her patients feel heard, supported, and confident in her care. Pat enjoys helping women with bladder and bowel concerns, prolapse, pregnancy and birth preparation and postnatal care. Pat brings valuable lived experience and insight into the realities of pregnancy, postnatal recovery, and the ongoing demands placed on women’s bodies.
Known for her warmth, approachability, and conscientious nature, Pat is deeply committed to providing evidence-based, considered care to every woman she works with.
Outside of work, Pat enjoys spending time with her three boys, early morning starts, and maintaining her fitness through Pilates and gym training. She has a passion for cooking savoury dishes and cooking for family gatherings, and is often found walking along the Cronulla Esplanade.
